Identity verification details
The information below should match the details on your government-issued identification. Ethereum Bliss uses this to prevent fraud, duplicate profiles and misuse of non-collateral loans. It also supports more structured facilities for students, individuals and businesses.
Why identity is required
- To link one verified person or business to one Ethereum Bliss account and, later, one primary wallet.
- To support clear rules around default, bans and potential legal action where necessary.
- To make it possible to offer larger collateral-backed facilities to established businesses and startups that require deeper checks.
- To protect both you and the platform from unauthorised borrowing attempts and account abuse.
In a full implementation, your identification data is transmitted over secure connections, stored under strict controls and used only for verification and risk assessment. Ethereum Bliss will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys during this process.
What happens after your identity is verified
1. Status update in My Account
Once your identity has been reviewed, your Ethereum Bliss profile is marked as identity verified. You will see this status in My Account, along with any notes or additional document requests.
After this status is in place, you can move to Borrow & Calculators to verify and connect your wallet and test LTV ranges for collateral and non-collateral loans.
2. Wallet verification via calculators
On the Borrow & Calculators page, you connect your wallet and see how its value and activity translate into LTV-based ranges for different loan types. Your wallet should hold at least the amount you enter in the calculators – or more – for the profile to be considered.
This step links your verified identity to one primary wallet. That connected wallet is the destination for any funds you withdraw once a loan is approved and is used as the basis for repayment expectations.
3. Requesting a live loan
After identity and wallet checks are complete, you can use the Request Loan page to submit a structured request. There, you confirm the loan type (collateral or non-collateral), amount, timeframe and intended use. Ethereum Bliss then runs final checks and, if approved, makes funds available for withdrawal in line with the agreed structure.
Larger facilities, especially those above approximately USD 500,000, require an in-person process in the UAE and an appointment booked via WhatsApp support.
If something goes wrong during verification
- Form errors or repeated failures: If you cannot complete this form or keep running into errors, take screenshots where possible and contact support using the details on the Contact page.
- Details entered incorrectly: If you realise you have entered incorrect information after submitting, contact support as soon as you can. Providing accurate details from the start reduces delays and prevents issues later.
- Status appears stuck: If your identity status appears to be stuck for longer than any indicative review time shown in My Account, reach out to support so the team can review your case.
- Special circumstances: If you expect your financial situation to change during the life of a future loan, mention this early. It is better to structure a more conservative arrangement than to accept a facility you cannot realistically service.
