  • Access is by pre-booked appointment only. Building security may ask for your booking reference and valid identification before granting access to Level 22.

You can reach Boulevard Plaza Tower 2 by taxi, rideshare or public transport. Most visitors find it easiest to set the building name in their maps app and follow the driving, walking or metro directions provided there.

  • Taxi / rideshare: Ask to be dropped at Boulevard Plaza Tower 2 in Downtown Dubai and follow signage to the reception area for The Gate Middle East.
  • Metro + short ride: Travel to a Downtown Dubai station, then use a short taxi or rideshare to Boulevard Plaza Tower 2.
  • Parking: Paid parking is available in nearby facilities. Allow extra time during busy periods and events in the area.

What you will not be asked for

  • You will never be asked to hand over your seed phrase, private keys or mobile device for “verification”.
  • You will never be asked to pay an upfront cash fee, “facilitation” payment or deposit to release or unlock a loan.
  • All loan decisions and transfers remain tied to your Ethereum Bliss account, your connected wallet and your own bank channels – not cash handed to an individual.

  • Clearly mention that you are requesting an in-person meeting in Downtown Dubai and explain whether it is for a business, personal or student facility.
  • Agree a date and time, then keep your confirmation message handy for building security and reception on the day.

On-site behaviour

  • Respect building security procedures, including ID checks and sign-in requirements at Boulevard Plaza Tower 2.
  • Keep conversations focused on your Ethereum Bliss profile, wallet behaviour and loan structure – staff cannot provide general investment advice.
  • If anything feels inconsistent with what you see on the website or in My Account, pause and contact another official channel immediately.

Staying safe from scams

  • No legitimate Ethereum Bliss staff member will ask you to send funds to a private wallet or third-party account to “prove liquidity” or to “unlock” a loan.
