Ethereum Bliss staff and support agents will never ask you to pay an upfront fee, deposit, “activation” charge or “fuel money” to receive a loan. If anyone pretending to be from Ethereum Bliss asks you to send money to unlock, speed up or process a loan, treat that as a scam and contact official support immediately.

  • Funds already in your personal wallet are not an upfront fee – they remain your assets and are only used to assess eligibility and loan-to-value ranges.
  • Ethereum Bliss will never ask you to send funds to a personal wallet, a random address or a third-party account “for verification”.

If you may not be able to repay on time

One of the most important reasons to contact Ethereum Bliss is when your plans change and you realise you may not be able to meet a repayment deadline. The earlier you speak to support, the more room there is to adjust your facility without unnecessary stress.
